1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Dog tag 2. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. 3. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned. 4. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests. 5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost. 6. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-boomlon products . Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible. Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not send it back to the warehouse of logistics company and manufacturer,we will not take responsibility for that caused. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs.
For products with unsuitable sizes, we support exchange services, and customers only need to pay the corresponding exchange fees.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
